Welcome to WeBuyAnyFone an online platform for purchasing pre-owned tech devices from individuals, operated by WeBuyAnyFone Ltd. These terms and conditions govern your use of the Website and your transactions with WeBuyAnyFone, both online and in-store, and outline your rights and obligations when using our services. By accessing the Website or selling your tech devices to us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

  • WeBuyAnyFone: Refers to WeBuyAnyFone Ltd., a UK-based company that buys tech devices from individuals.
  • Customer: Any individual selling devices to WeBuyAnyFone via our online platform or physical store.
  • Device: Any tech product (such as phones, laptops, tablets) sold to WeBuyAnyFone.
  • Offer: The price offered by WeBuyAnyFone for a device based on its valuation.
  • Personal Information: Any information provided by the Customer during the registration process, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility to Sell

To sell your device to WeBuyAnyFone, you must:

  • ● Be at least 18 years old.
  • ● Be the legal owner of the device or have the owner's authorization.
  • ● Ensure that the device is free of any financial encumbrances, including contracts, liens, or loans.

4. Valuation and Offers

Upon submission of your device details, WeBuyAnyFone will provide an initial valuation based on the description you provide. The valuation is an estimate and may be subject to change upon physical inspection of the device.

  • ● The offer is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
  • ● WeBuyAnyFone reserves the right to revise or withdraw the offer if the device’s condition does not match the initial description provided by the Customer.

5. Device Conditions and Acceptance

Devices sold to WeBuyAnyFone must meet the following conditions:

  • ● Devices should not be locked to a specific network or iCloud account.
  • ● Any personal data must be removed before the device is submitted for sale (See Section 8 on Data Removal).
  • ● Devices must be in working condition unless otherwise agreed.

WeBuyAnyFone reserves the right to reject any device that does not meet the conditions outlined in these terms.

Product Descriptions and Conditions of Sale

  • 1. Nature of Products: Unless explicitly specified, all products are second-hand. Descriptions and images provided are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the final product.
  • 2. Box Contents: Actual contents may differ from what is displayed on the packaging. Any downloadable content mentioned may not be included.
  • 3. Images: Product images are for illustration only, and the actual product design may vary.
  • 4. Product Condition and Pricing: Product prices vary based on cosmetic condition and included accessories. Products are graded as follows:

    • ●Grade B: Good condition
    • ●Grade C: Functional condition

  • 5. Console Grading: Game consoles are classified as:
    • ● Boxed
    • ● Unboxed
    • ● Discounted
  • 6. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • 7. Apple Devices: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all Apple devices have iCloud deactivated and are free of accounts, passwords, or personal information before sale.

6. Pricing and Payments

  • ● Payment will be made to the Customer after WeBuyAnyFone receives and inspects the device.
  • ● Payments can be made via bank transfer or store credit (vouchers). The value of the store credit may exceed the cash value.
  • ● Prices quoted online are estimates and are subject to change based on the device's condition after inspection..

7. Shipping and Delivery

If selling via our online platform, you must ship your device to the address provided by WeBuyAnyFone. Shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the Customer until the device is received by WeBuyAnyFone.

  • ● If the device is not received within 10 days of the offer, the offer may be revised or canceled.
  • ● WeBuyAnyFone is not responsible for any devices lost or damaged in transit.

8. Device Ownership and Data Removal

By selling a device to WeBuyAnyFone, you confirm that you are the rightful owner and that all personal data has been securely erased.

  • ● Data Removal: It is the Customer's responsibility to remove all personal data from the device before selling. WeBuyAnyFone is not liable for any loss of personal data after the device is transferred.

9. Warranty and Liability

  • ● WeBuyAnyFone does not provide a warranty for any device purchased from a Customer.
  • ● WeBuyAnyFone is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Customer due to the sale of their device, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence by WeBuyAnyFone.

10. Fraud and Misrepresentation

WeBuyAnyFone takes fraud seriously and reserves the right to:

  • ● Investigate any suspected fraudulent activity.
  • ● Pursue legal action against any Customer who attempts to sell stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented devices.

11. Returns and Cancellations

  • ● Customers have the right to cancel the sale within 14 days of submitting the device, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, once a device has been inspected and payment has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • ● Devices deemed to be in worse condition than described may be returned to the Customer at their expense, or the offer may be adjusted.

WeBuyAnyFone values your privacy. All personal information collected during transactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property
